These terms cover this marketing site (rayform.dev) and participation in the Rayform private beta. They are written in plain language on purpose; a full beta agreement will be shared when you onboard as a pilot.

1. This site

The content on this site is provided as-is. Numbers shown inside mockups and diagrams are labelled "illustrative" and do not represent measured customer outcomes. Product screenshots and flows may change before general availability.

2. Waitlist

Submitting the waitlist form opts you in to a single, human reply from the founder. It is not a contract to purchase, a promise of access, or a subscription to marketing email. You can ask to be removed at any time via vishal@tryrayform.com.

3. Beta

Beta access is free for the first cohort of pilot teams and is granted individually. Beta software is experimental. Rayform provides it without warranty; pilot teams are not charged during the beta window. A full DPA, security review, and pricing contract are executed before general availability.
